Our tax organizer will help you organize your tax information and make sure you don't miss any important deductions.
To complete your tax organizer:
1. Click on the "View Tax Organizer" button below. This will launch the organizer in a new window.
2. Save or Print the organizer by clicking on the icon on the top of the screen.
3. Take the time to fill out all the information which you can.
4. Bring or send in your completed tax organizer and all supporting documents.
You will need Adobe Acrobat reader to view and print the form out. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, click on Windows(R) or Macintosh(R) to download it.
